1. Third-Party Names and Marks
Crown Chapter™ may refer to colleges, universities, fraternities, sororities, Greek-letter organizations, alumni associations, chapters, councils, headquarters, mascots, seals, crests, colors, letters, logos, and other identifying information.
2. Ownership of Third-Party Intellectual Property
All such names, trademarks, service marks, logos, letters, crests, seals, mascots, colors, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders. Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. and Crown Chapter™ do not own those third-party names or marks and do not claim any ownership interest in them.
3. No Endorsement or Affiliation
No reference to a college, university, fraternity, sorority, Greek-letter organization, chapter, council, alumni association, headquarters, or other entity implies affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, approval, authorization, partnership, or verification unless Crown Chapter™ expressly states that a formal written relationship exists.
4. User Responsibility
Users may not upload, display, reproduce, or use third-party logos, Greek letters, institutional seals, chapter marks, organization marks, crests, mascots, or other protected materials unless they have the legal right and permission to do so.
5. Removal Rights
Crown Chapter™ reserves the right to remove or restrict content that may infringe or misuse third-party intellectual property.
