Crown Chapter™ is operated by Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. References to “Crown Chapter™,” “Crown Chapter,” “the App,” “the Website,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. and its Crown Chapter™ website, application, services, software, features, communications, and related technology.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crown Chapter™, including the Website at https://www.CrownChapter.app, the Application Portal at https://app.crownchapter.app, or any related services, forms, waitlists, communications, software, mobile experiences, APIs, or features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Crown Chapter™.
2. Eligibility
Crown Chapter™ is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Platform Purpose
Crown Chapter™ provides tools that may include chapter operations, roster tools, dues and treasury organization, verified records, Trust Passport features, event management, dynamic QR or location-supported check-ins, study and service hour tracking, communication, alumni directories, mentorship, continuity, risk and safety workflows, administrative oversight, analytics, and related software tools.
5. No Official University or Greek Organization Affiliation
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. and the applicable institution or organization, Crown Chapter™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to any college, university, fraternity, sorority, Greek-letter organization, chapter headquarters, council, alumni association, accrediting body, or governmental agency.
6. User Content
You may submit, upload, create, post, store, transmit, or share content through the Platform. You retain ownership of your own content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms. By submitting content to Crown Chapter™, you grant Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, process, format, analyze, moderate, and use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, provide, and support the Platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
- Impersonating another person, officer, chapter, organization, administrator, alumni member, or institution.
- Misrepresenting enrollment, membership, alumni status, credentials, records, finances, academic performance, identity, or authorization.
- Using the Platform to harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, discriminate, dox, or intimidate others.
- Promoting, facilitating, concealing, or coordinating hazing, violence, coercion, unlawful conduct, or unsafe activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, data, or infrastructure.
- Uploading malware, exploit code, scripts, corrupted files, or harmful software.
- Using third-party trademarks, institutional marks, logos, Greek letters, or crests without permission.
8. Hazing, Safety, and Conduct Disclaimer
Crown Chapter™ does not permit the Platform to be used to plan, promote, conceal, document, normalize, or facilitate hazing, violence, coercion, harassment, threats, retaliation, unlawful conduct, or unsafe activity. Any safety, risk, reporting, location, event, check-in, or accountability feature is not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement, medical professionals, campus police, legal counsel, institutional reporting systems, or mandatory reporting obligations. In an emergency, call 911, local emergency services, campus police, or the appropriate emergency authority.
9. Verification Features and Records
Verification features are designed to assist with organization, accountability, and recordkeeping. They do not guarantee the truth, completeness, accuracy, legality, or official status of any user-submitted, chapter-submitted, institution-submitted, or third-party-submitted information. Unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorized institution or organization, Crown Chapter™ records are not official university records, transcripts, disciplinary records, membership records, tax records, financial statements, or legal determinations.
10. Payment, Dues, Treasury, and Financial Features
Crown Chapter™ may include tools for dues organization, treasury visibility, payment workflows, donation coordination, scholarships, fundraising, budgeting, member contributions, and related financial administration. Crown Chapter™ is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, lender, loan broker, credit bureau, tax adviser, financial adviser, accounting firm, or law firm.
11. Member Capital, Lending, Investment, and Fundraising Disclaimer
Any feature involving Member Capital, alumni funding, loans, scholarships, donations, chapter support, investment interest, micro-bonds, credit-related workflows, treasury support, or similar capital-related functionality is provided only if and when legally available and properly enabled. No content on the Platform is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, credit advice, lending advice, or a recommendation regarding any financial product.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Crown Chapter™ may include AI-assisted tools, automation, recommendations, summaries, drafting assistance, analytics, categorization, alerts, risk indicators, continuity support, or other machine-assisted features. Users must independently review AI-generated or automated outputs before relying on them.
13. Role-Based Access
Users with elevated access agree to use such access only for authorized purposes, protect confidential information, avoid misuse of personal data, follow applicable organizational and institutional rules, and promptly report suspected misuse or unauthorized access.
14. Beta, Launch, and Availability
Crown Chapter™ is launching in 2027. Some features may be in development, beta, pilot, preview, limited release, or subject to change. We do not guarantee that any feature, integration, pricing, launch timeline, availability, design, capability, or roadmap item will remain available or be released on a specific date.
15. Intellectual Property Ownership
Crown Chapter™, the Crown Chapter™ name, designs, website, application, software, product architecture, graphics, interface, code, workflows, feature names, copy, trade dress, logos, icons, marks, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. or its licensors.
16. Patent-Pending Notice
Crown Chapter™ includes patent-pending technology, workflows, systems, methods, features, designs, and/or platform architecture. Nothing in these Terms grants any license under any patent, patent application, trade secret, proprietary method, or other intellectual property right owned or controlled by Executive Branch Technologies, Inc.
17. Third-Party Services
Crown Chapter™ may use or integrate third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, email delivery, payments, storage, monitoring, security, communications, databases, and related functions. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, restrictions, and practices.
18. Disclaimers
Crown Chapter™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute services.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Executive Branch Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person’s rights.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than class or representative proceedings, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, security threats, or misuse of confidential information.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website or within the Platform. Continued use of Crown Chapter™ after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
